Classrooms
Educational buildings
Over £2,000 contributed by South Wolds School, Crossdale Primary, Keyworth &
Ruddington Rotary Club and the Seller family and friends was taken out in
February to build 2 new classrooms, which were completed in early 2002. The
classrooms were dedicated to Nic’s Mum Eileen at a ceremony on 1st November
2002. The new rooms allowed another 80 students to be taught.
In 2003 the classrooms were seriously damaged by a large cashew nut tree brought down in a storm.
£1,400 was needed to repair these two
classrooms and the staff room.
The funds were sent out in late November 2003.
