Our Vision - A Clinic like Bomani

On arriving at Kadzinuni you will see, adjacent to the school, a brightly painted building, alive with local people. Solar power panels on the roof generate electricity for light and to power the equipment and nearby the new water tower allows a clean fresh supply to be provided to many families nearby.

Within the building there will be local people, engaged in social and community development activities, the RCC group will meet here, to discuss and plan the ongoing performance of the RCC Community Farm. Men will be using the tools in the workshop, whilst women make new school uniforms in the sewing room.

Some days there will be adult education classes, where teachers from the school give some of their time bringing in those who missed out as children, to acquire basic reading & writing skills; one day there will be a small library for the people to use.

Members of the Kadzinuni Rotary Community Corps will look after the community center, planning and arranging such events as will bring the people together to share news, share resources and skills with each other and celebrate special occasions. Sometimes the school will use the center for its activities and the nurse will run small health education classes for the students, appropriate to their ages and risks they face.

It will be a place for local people to bring their problems and troubles, a place where someone will always listen and try to help.
